The production process of cold-rolled galvanized coil mainly includes the following steps:
Hot rolled coil: The steel coil is first heated above the recrystallization temperature for rolling to form a hot rolled coil.
Cold rolling process: At room temperature, the hot rolled coil is rolled below the recrystallization temperature to make cold rolled coil. This process can effectively improve the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the steel.
Galvanizing treatment: The cold-rolled coil is galvanized to form a protective layer to improve its corrosion resistance.
Surface quality and performance characteristics
High surface finish: Because there is no heating in the cold rolling process, there is no pitting and oxide sheet defects that often occur in hot rolling, and the surface quality is good.
High dimensional accuracy: The dimensional accuracy of cold rolled products is high, and it can meet some special requirements.
Good mechanical properties: including toughness and weldability and other comprehensive mechanical properties in ordinary carbon structural steel is the best, can better meet the general requirements of use.
