Product Introductions
Raw material preparation: The raw materials usually used are cold-rolled steel plates or hot-rolled steel plates, which need to undergo strict quality testing to ensure that they meet the production requirements.
Steel strip pretreatment: The purpose is to remove oil, rust and other impurities on the surface of the steel strip to ensure the adhesion and quality of the galvanized layer. Pretreatment includes steps such as pickling, alkali washing and surface activation.
Hot dip galvanizing: the pre-treated steel strip is immersed in the molten zinc liquid to form a zinc-iron alloy layer on the surface of the steel strip. There are two main methods for this step: hot dip plating and electroplating.
Cold coiling: the hot Galvanized steel strip is cold rolled by a cold rolling machine to achieve the required thickness and flatness. After cold winding, the surface of the steel strip is smooth and flat, and the quality is more stable.
Cutting: The cold-rolled steel strip is cut according to the size required by the customer to obtain the required galvanized steel coil.
Packaging: Galvanized steel coils need to be quality tested before packaging to ensure that they meet relevant standards and requirements. Then, the galvanized steel coil is packaged according to the customer's requirements, usually in plastic film packaging or carton packaging, to protect the surface of the steel coil from damage.
