Product Introductions
DX53D color coated steel coil is a kind of surface treated steel plate, with excellent corrosion resistance and long service life . It is usually made of hot-galvanized sheet, hot-plated aluminum zinc sheet or electrogalvanized sheet as the substrate, after surface pretreatment (such as chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or more layers of organic coating, and by baking curing .
Material and characteristics
The material of DX53D color coated steel coil is usually DX51D, DX52D, DX53D, etc. These materials have different uses and characteristics. For example, DX51D is suitable for general structural use, DX52D for stamping use, and DX53D is suitable for deep stamping use.
