Aluminum-zinc coated steel coil is a sheet obtained after baking and cooling by coating one or more layers of liquid paint on the surface of aluminum-zinc coated steel plate. Production technology
The production process of aluminum-zinc coated steel coil includes the following steps:
Surface treatment : includes degreasing and chemical treatment to clean and prepare the surface of the steel plate.
coating : Apply one or more layers of organic paint to the treated surface.
baking and curing : the coated steel plate is baked in the oven to cure the paint.
cooling : after baking, cooling is carried out to complete the production of color-coated steel coils.
Composition and properties
The base plate of aluminum-zinc coated steel coil is an aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, which mainly consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
