Coating lubricity: Most coatings can be used as solid lubricants and can meet the lubrication requirements of most forming processes. If the lubricity of the coating is insufficient, the lubricity can be improved by applying oil, waxing, and covering a strippable protective film. Coil collapse prevention measures: In the production process of color coated steel plate, the problem of coil collapse occasionally occurs, which will bring great trouble to the production. The static friction coefficient between different kinds of color plates was measured by experiments, and the causes of different kinds of coating collapsing were analyzed from the microscopic point of view.
