Product Introductions

Three-wave guardrail plate is a semi-steel guardrail, composed of corrugated steel plate splicing, through the column support to form a continuous structure. Its name comes from the board design has three waveforms, compared with the double-wave guardrail plate, has stronger impact resistance and higher collision avoidance level, especially suitable for high protection requirements such as highways. The three-wave guardrail plate absorbs collision energy through deformation, forcing the out-of-control vehicle to change direction and ensure driving safety. The standard specifications of the three-wave guardrail plate are 4320 mm in length, 506 mm in width, 85 mm in wave height, and 4 mm in common thickness. The columns are divided into circular tubes with a diameter of 114 mm or 140 mm, the wall thickness is 4.5 mm, and the height can be customized according to the requirements (such as 1.85 meters, 2 meters, etc.). The material mainly adopts Q235 hot-rolled steel plate, and the surface is hot-galvanized or sprayed after cold bending to enhance corrosion resistance and adapt to harsh environment.
