Product Introductions
Galvanized Aluminum Coil is made of cold-rolled steel sheet and solidified at 5 ° C with 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. It combines the physical protection and high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protection of zinc. It is also known as Galvalume Steel Coil.
The production process of aluminum-zinc-plated steel coils adopts a continuous hot-dip plating method. The steel coil is immersed in a bath of molten aluminum-zinc alloy and a metallurgical bond is formed between the coating and the steel matrix through a series of reactions. This results in a corrosion-resistant coating that adheres tightly.
