Aluminized zinc corrugated plate is a kind of metal material based on aluminized zinc steel plate. Its coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, which has both the barrier protection function of aluminum and the sacrificial protection function of zinc. The material has a strong corrosion resistance, life of more than 20 years, and can still maintain stable performance at 315℃ high temperature environment. Its thermal reflectivity is as high as 75%, about twice that of ordinary galvanized sheet, which can effectively heat insulation and energy saving. In addition, the surface of aluminum-plated zinc corrugated plate is smooth and beautiful, excellent processing performance, can be pressed, shear, welding and other operations, while light weight, large coverage area, significant economy. The production of aluminum-zinc coated corrugated board includes three stages: pre-treatment, coating process and post-treatment. In the pre-treatment stage, the cold-rolled coil should be degreased and reduced to ensure that the substrate is clean; At the coating stage, aluminum zinc alloy is coated by melting in zinc pot to form a uniform coating and cooled. In the post-treatment stage, the surface quality is further improved by finishing, drawing and straightening, passivation and other processes, and finally the material is rolled. The zinc flower structure formed by the hot plating process enhances the beauty and weather resistance of the material, and the electroplating process is used for specific needs.
