Color steel galvanized corrugated board is a combination of galvanized steel plate and color coating process of metal materials, the surface of the corrugated texture, both galvanized layer of corrosion resistance and decorative color coating layer. Its base material is usually cold-rolled steel plate, formed by hot-dip galvanizing process rust layer, and then rolled into a wavy structure to enhance rigidity, some products will also spray polyester, fluorocarbon and other coatings on the surface to improve weather resistance and beauty. This material has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and easy installation. The material is protected by zinc plating and color coating to significantly extend the service life and perform well in wet and corrosive environments.
